True_Love (真愛.樂聚)

"True Love (真愛.樂聚)" has already established since 2014 December. We transformed a comprehensive version for participants. You can have small-group event, (usually 4-6people in a group), plus 1to1 personal time, (only two of you without other members). This can let both quiet and active one act naturally, You can find your Miss/ Mr Right completely!!!

『True Love (真愛.樂聚)』成立於2014年，9年仍在即有心。我哋深知有人在大群組表現超脫，有人在二人時容易表達，所以我哋都會大組+小組*，男女比例1:1(+/-1)、飯約時Z型男女卡住坐、大家座位互換認識更多人、小遊戲編排不覺拘謹*。無論活躍派還是腼腆型，都能從中互相相處、溝通、認識。

1* There are 3 main Organisers (Apple, Isa, Mandy) and a few Event organisers (Andrew, Chi Ming, Edwin, Kin, Tina, Tony) in our group up till now. Please recognise who is/are the host/hosts, and do contact to the suitable one if necessary. [目前為止,我哋有3位主搞手 (Apple, Isa, Mandy)及6位副助搞手(Andrew, Chi Ming, Edwin, Kin, Tina, Tony)，請留意活動由誰帶領及主持。如果對參加的活動有所查詢，請向相關搞手查詢。]
2* Welcome foreigners. Friendship and love is no boundary.  [歡迎外地本地人一同熱鬧互愛。]
3* There are 2 formats in meeting people in our services. One is “causal for activity and people”, another one is “special for matching and sparkling”, If you see the post with “👫”(an icon with 1 man1lady), this is event with our heart for pairing. Your involvement will let you enjoy the event and meeting your Mr/Miss Right. [我哋有兩類交友/安排形式，第一是隨和認識或自我裝備，另一是較為男女組合或配搭。如活動標題有 “👫”(1男1女)圖案，那就是我哋精心為大家編配，請投入組內參與，互相認識。]
5* To provide better services and let you have ideal meeting, 6 answers on the personal details in our True Love page are required to be filled in. For event with "👫"(an icon with 1 man1lady), if without any details, your application even RSVP Yes may not be considered. Another member will replace your seat. [為使增加本組為大家提供更合適活動及配對， 如果想參加有 “👫”(1男1女)圖案標題的活動，務必填上個人資料頁那6項資料. (在True Love版面->按Member名單->search自己名->再按自己頭象->見到4個數字,6條問題->填上即可. 關於年齡組別的一條問題,請依入組日首天計算.)。如沒有個人資料者，本組有權不會考慮你的報名，你的位置會給另些參與者替上。]
4* As some events are specific, Male/Female ratio is expected to be 1:1 , and members may be selected. Those in waiting list please check to get update. [部分活動是精選項目,男女比例盡量為1:1，參與者或有篩選.如在Waiting List者，請留意更新。]
5* Contact number &/or pre-payment is required for some activities. Please follow instructions, do it asap and keep the payment slip/notification until event’s day. Under no circumstance, pre-payment is not refundable and transferrable, unless is the cancellation of activity or by our group. [因應活動性質，有些活動要先留聯絡方法及/或入帳，請跟隨指示進行，並保留過帳通知書/證明至活動當刻。過帳後如不參加，帳項不可退回及轉讓，除非是因因活動取消或本組取消你參與情況。]
6* Electronic reply may not function before the start of activity within 1.5hr, contact by call is suggested. [活動前1.5小時內之聯絡請致電，電子渠道通訊或未及留意知道。]
7* Late comer may be restricted to admit and continue in the activity. [主辦組織不作逾候，逾時者有可能不被參加,請預早抵達。]
8* Participants are required to follow instructions of the venue.  [參與者要遵守場地規則,違者則有可能被邀離開。]
9* Activity content and time may be adjusted by organization if necessary. [主辦組織會因應人流及氣氛而微細調節時間。]
10* Male and Female are expected to sit in zipzag form. [入座活動時，男女盡量Z型/間隔卡住坐。]
11* Bring enough water, wind jacket, mosquito-resistant items, sun-block lotion, rain coat and etc. if necessary in out-door activity. [戶外活動時，請携帶適量食水、外套、蚊怕水、防曬霜、及雨具等。]
12* Care of others, be in group, and keep clean to the environment. [請留意團體齊行，不要過份分開，並保持環境清潔。]
13* Photos taken by our group/ organization during activity will be as record and promotion. Face will be blurred/ pixelated if shown in our group’s album. [活動如有拍照，本組將會朦化/馬賽克人物頭像，以作記錄和宣傳用途；主辦組織則或未能避免。]
14* All activities are joined voluntarily and without insurance provided. Please consider your fitness and safety in the activity which we have no responsibility.　[活動參與均自動列為願意同玩，沒有任何保險承包，請留意個人安全及身體能力，自行負責。]
15* Event will be cancelled if tropical cyclone warning signal no.8 or above, or black rainstorm signal is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory when 3 hours before events. For other situation, organizer will update members. [當天文台宣佈在活動前3小時內發出8號或以上熱帶氣旋信號、或黑色暴雨警告信號，活動將會取消。其他情況，活動搞手會與組員密切跟進。]
16* To keep everyone's privacy, we will not disclose any information of others such as telephone number and address without member’s approval, … But you are not restricted to ask these by yourself during event. [為保障各組員的私隱，凡想查詢其他參加者個人資料如電話、住址等，我哋一律不回答，請大家在活動中/完結後向對方查詢。]
17* RSVP should be amended to the correct status in Yes or No if changed. When you cannot attend the activity at last, please change RSVP from Yes to Not Going, leave the seat to the waiting one. Otherwise, we will remark you as No Show if without notification 3 hours before the activity. [大家必須適時更改RSVP。出席是Yes，不出席改No。若入選參加者/中籤者報名後不能參加，請將RSVP由Yes(參與)改為Not Going(不參與)，騰出位置；否則不出席者當作No Show(缺席)。活動前3小時才改為不參與者，亦將被記上缺席。]
18* When there are 3 No Show, we have the right to ban you out from our groups. [凡超過3次No Show者，本組有權將該組員移離本群組。]
