TrueCore Gathering
Details
TrueCore is a grounded and gently guided in-person gathering to slow down and reconnect with your creativity through meaningful conversation and reflective writing.
This gathering is not a lecture, workshop, or class. There is no fixing, teaching, or pressure to share. Instead, we come together to slow down, listen and speak with intention, and explore what it means to live, work, and create with greater integrity.
This Month's Theme:
Rediscovering the Sense of Autonomy
What to expect
- A gentle opening to arrive and settle into the space
- Lightly guided conversation pieces and reflective prompts
- Optional sharing (always by choice)
- Quiet moments for listening, writing, and simply being present
- A respectful, supportive atmosphere grounded in care and intention
The pace is unhurried and spacious. You’re welcome to participate in whatever way feels right for you.
What to bring
- A notebook or something to write with (optional)
- Water
- Anything you need to feel comfortable sitting outdoors (folding chair, blanket, mat, hat, sunscreen)
No preparation or prior experience is needed.
Location details
This event will take place outdoors on the grassy area at Fort Ruger Park. It's a triangular-shaped park. When you're there, just look for me and all the blankets :)
Please arrive a few minutes early so we can begin together.
Good to know
- Free and open to all
- Attendance is intentionally limited to support an intimate gathering
- Weather permitting (updates will be shared if plans change)
If you’re seeking a quieter, more human space to reconnect with yourself, your creativity, and what matters most, you’re warmly invited 🌿
