This Circle provides a weekly opportunity, on zoom, for those who already know how to Shamanic journey, to come together to build and participate in a community of mutual support. We take 2-3 minutes each to share where we are on our personal healing paths and we generally have time to do two journeys. We journey for ourselves, for each other, and for the Earth.

In a Circle of Spiritual connection, Betti Rooted Lionheart takes you on a guided Shamanic Journey to the Pool of the Goddesses and Gods where a profound opportunity for healing and transformation awaits you.
Meet an Animal, Plant, or Elemental Spirit Guide, feel the liberation of removing your human skin, dive into the healing waters of the Pool, and connect with a Goddess or God who will continue to guide you beyond the evening’s workshop.

Shamanic Journeying is a skill that anyone can learn! It is about allowing a part of your Spirit to SAFELY travel in the Spirit World to meet with your Spirit Guides for the purposes of receiving guidance, love, energy, healing, and transformative experiences.

Betti begins this guided journey with her signature Grounding, Centering, and Shielding Practice that protects you as you travel in the Spirit World. After the journey there will be quiet time to take notes on your experience, followed by optional sharing around the circle or in groups of 2 to 3.

She is passionate about working with Teens, Queer People, and anyone who feels despair for the Earth and Humanity.
Betti is the founder of Braided Root Waters Healing Sanctuary in Trumansburg, NY. She offers powerfully transformative one-to-one Shamanic Healing Sessions (in-person and on-line) and loves to help people nurture their own direct connection to the Divine through teaching the skill of the Shamanic Journey. Here’s what you bring:

• House shoes if desired, this is a shoes-off space
• Wear comfortable clothing and bring layers
• Full water bottle
• Bring a hot drink if you want one
• Bring anything you need to sit or lay comfortably: cushions/ yoga mat/ blankets/ pillows (folding chairs are available)
• A Journal or paper
• Pencils or pens
• An eye covering (such as a sleep mask, a hat you can pull over your eyes, a scarf or bandana or other cloth that can be tied over your eyes, etc.)
• A sacred-to-you object to place on the group altar (optional, it will go home with you)
