Shamanic Journeying is a skill that anyone can learn! It is about allowing a part of your Spirit to SAFELY travel in the Spirit World to meet with your Spirit Guides for the purposes of receiving guidance, love, energy, healing, and transformative experiences.

Betti begins this guided journey with her signature Grounding, Centering, and Shielding Practice that protects you as you travel in the Spirit World. After the journey there will be quiet time to take notes on your experience.

What to have with you:
- Full water bottle
- Bring a hot drink if you want one
- Bring anything you need to sit or lay comfortably: cushions/ yoga mat/ blankets/ pillows (folding chairs are available)
- A Journal or paper
- Pencil or pen
- An eye covering (such as a sleep mask, a hat you can pull over your eyes, a scarf or bandana or other cloth that can be tied over your eyes, etc.)
- Wear comfortable clothing and have layers
