Meet your Spirit Guides and learn these 3 Shamanic healing techniques:

Shamanic Extraction: This is the removal of energy from you that does not belong to you and has been harmful to you.

Dismemberment: This is deeply transformational healing in which you have a death and rebirth experience.

Soul Retrieval: This is the healing and returning to you of a Soul Part that you lost in an experience of trauma. (We live in a highly traumatizing world and most people have experienced a lot of Soul loss.)

Betti Rooted Lionheart (she/her) is a Shamanic Healer who helps people transform trauma, rage, grief, and despair into Voice, Power, and Purpose. She is passionate about working with Teens, Queer People, and anyone who feels despair for the Earth and Humanity.
Betti is the founder of Braided Root Waters Healing Sanctuary in Trumansburg, NY. She offers powerfully transformative one-to-one Shamanic Healing Sessions (in-person and on-line) and loves to help people nurture their own direct connection to the Divine through teaching the skill of the Shamanic Journey. She is also a facilitator of Despair and Wailing Circles.
