Class Options:
💪 18:15 - 19:45 – Hatha Yoga
A dynamic yet grounding practice combining pranayamas (breathing techniques), vinyasas (dynamic sequences), and traditional asanas to build strength, flexibility, and focus.
🕯️ 20:15 - 21:45 – Candlelight Yoga
A slow, meditative practice in a softly lit space, focusing on deep stretches, relaxation, sound meditation and long shavasana. Perfect for unwinding after a long day.
