About us
Welcome to YC&AC Rugby in Yokohama!
We are an international rugby team based at the Yokohama Country & Athletic Club (YC&AC). Our team brings together players from Japan and around the world who share a passion for rugby, teamwork and friendship.
We welcome experienced players, former players looking to return to rugby, and anyone with a good level of fitness who is interested in joining a friendly and international rugby community.
We organise regular training sessions, touch rugby, friendly matches, tournaments and social events. New participants can begin with one of our open training sessions before deciding whether to join as a member. For non-member participants, the ground fee is 1,000 yen.
Our initial sessions for new participants focus mainly on fitness, passing, handling and touch rugby. Contact training is introduced only when appropriate, depending on each participant’s experience and fitness.
Whether you have recently moved to Japan, are looking for a new rugby club, or simply want to start playing again, you are very welcome to join us.
Come and enjoy rugby with us in Yokohama!
