Hello! Thanks for stopping by. If you are a women who is just starting out in fitness or are getting back into it after a long time away, we are a group for you! Our goal with this group is to help you build the confidence, energy, and strength you need to live a long healthy fulfilling life. Examples of events include general fitness class, kickboxing and self defense seminars, nutrition talks, and class to help reduce pain and move better in life. Curently all our events are virtual, but hope to have in person options available soon!
