FREE mixed social tag rugby

This is a free mixed tag rugby taster session and casual tag on a bank holiday, perfect for new or returning players!

Starting with a warm up we will then go through some simple exercises and then get you involved with the game.

We have a fun welcoming, inclusive and social community, we all love to share our sport with new players!

After the game we will head to the Fox and Hounds pub for a drink!

Don't be concerned by the low numbers on here, we will be organising it on our whatsapp group and regularly get enough for one or two parallel games on these types of events.
