Hike at John Heinz Wildlife Refuge!

when you pull into parking lot it will be VERY hard to miss the Welcome Center. Use address above, go into parking lot, find a spot and walk towards the end of the lot. Meet INSIDE if open, meet OUTSIDE if Center is closed

Meet at 10:45am -- leaving PROMPTLY at 11:12am!

This is a flat "hike," we won't be going uphill or through any treacherous wooded paths.

We will be walking about 8 miles, so around 3-4 hours.

Bring your cameras, as you are bound to run into wildlife from herons to turtles to foxes...

Dogs are welcome, you will have plenty of room for them on this hike as we are not on tiny wooded paths.

Comment if you can/need carpooling. John Heinz is near a huge public transportation hub as well.
