In this event, you can casually enjoy a real Japanese school “UNDOKAI” in an international exchange style! ✨

When you hear “sports day,” you might imagine serious athletic competition—but don’t worry 😊

This event is designed so that anyone can join and have fun, with light, game-based activities and events that don’t require strong physical ability.

For example…
🏃 Relay-style games
🤝 “Daruma-san ga Koronda” (Red Light, Green Light)
🎯 Team-based mini games

All activities are beginner-friendly and perfect for first-time participants and international guests!

In addition, all games are team-based, but you do NOT need to participate in every activity. Some games are run with representative players, so you are free to skip anything you are not comfortable with.

Even if you just want to enjoy socializing, you are more than welcome! 🌸

☕ Meet at the Café First!
Start by joining our international meetup at the café, where you can enjoy casual conversations in both Japanese and English.
Before we head out, we’ll have a table just for walking participants so you can get to know each other and connect before the walk. This makes it easy for first-time and solo participants to feel comfortable and enjoy chatting with everyone throughout the walk!

After that, we will move to Kitanomaru Kouen for UNDOKAI. We will also have a relaxed picnic-style social time during the event 🧺✨
Feel free to bring snacks and drinks, and enjoy natural conversations with participants from Japan and all over the world in a laid-back atmosphere.

🏃‍♂️ About the Sports Festival
- Would you like to experience a traditional Japanese school sports festival together with Japanese and international participants? 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️✨
- We’ve chosen activities that are easy for everyone to enjoy, regardless of gender or age.
- The activities will be team-based or team competitions with selected representatives, so you don’t have to participate in any activity you don’t want to.
- This event is all about having fun together, so please take it easy and participate at your own pace.
- Think of it as a picnic with a little exercise and come join us casually! 😊

🏃‍♂️ Events & Activities
🏅 Daruma-san ga Koronda (Red Light, Green Light)
Run when the caller’s back is turned, and freeze when they turn around!
🏅 Typhoon Pole Relay
Teams run around a pole together while holding onto a long stick.
🏅 Balloon Carrying Race
Carry a balloon to the finish line without dropping it!
🏅 Dizzy Bat Race
Spin around a bat, then race to the finish line!
🏅 Bean Picking Challenge
Use chopsticks to move beans from one container to another.
🏅 Relay Race
Pass the baton and race as a team!
🏅 Beanbag Toss
Throw beanbags into a target or basket to score points.
🏅 Tail Tag
Grab the other team’s “tails” while protecting your own!

🏃‍♂️ About the UNDOKAI
- This event is open to participants aged 15 to 39 years old
- While we will do our best to ensure everyone’s safety, participation is at your own risk, including any injuries or other troubles.
- Please bring anything you think you may need for sports or physical activities.
- Please bring your own drinks and some snacks to share with others.
- You’re welcome to buy items along the way if needed.
- Please refrain from consuming any food or drinks you bring inside the cafe.
- Picnic sheets will be provided, but you are also welcome to bring your own.

🏃‍♂️ Important Notes
- This is not a guided tour.
- Please arrive by the Departure Time. You cannot join the event after departure.
- The last order for drinks is 30 minutes before the departure time.
- If you do not order a drink, an additional ¥500 will be charged on top of the participation fee.
- Same-day registration at the cafe is not available.
- The event will be canceled if fewer than three people are attending or in case of severe weather. In such cases, you are welcome to join one of our various events at the cafe instead.
- If you leave the event early, please let the organizer know

- A one-time “Member Passport” issuance fee of 100 JPY applies

- This meetup group is for members only. To be a member, you have to read and understand the "Rule Book" and agree to its contents.

日本の学校文化を代表する「運動会」を、東京のど真ん中で体験してみませんか？

今回のイベントでは、日本の学校で実際に行われる運動会を、国際交流スタイルで気軽に楽しめます！✨

「運動会」と聞くと本格的なスポーツをイメージするかもしれませんが、ご安心ください😊
今回は、誰でも気軽に参加できるゲーム系競技や、体力に自信がなくても楽しめる種目をたくさん用意しています！

たとえば…
🏃 リレー系ゲーム
🤝 だるまさんが転んだ
🎯 チーム対抗ミニゲーム
など、初参加の方や外国人の方でも楽しめる内容です！

さらに、競技はチーム対抗形式で行いますが、すべての競技に参加する必要はありません。代表者制の競技もあるため、苦手な種目は無理に参加しなくてもOK！
「交流メインで楽しみたい」という方も大歓迎です🌸

☕ まずはカフェに集合！
まずはカフェで開催されている国際交流会に参加し、日本語や英語での会話を楽しみましょう。
出発前にはウォーキング参加者用のテーブルを設け、親睦を深めてから出発するので、初参加やお一人でも自然に打ち解け、ウォーキング中も楽しく交流できます！

その後徒歩で北の丸公園へ移動します。運動会ではピクニックスタイルでゆったり交流も楽しみます🧺✨
お菓子やドリンクを持ち寄りながら、リラックスした雰囲気の中で、日本人・外国人問わず世界中の参加者と自然に交流できます。

- 日本の学生時代の運動会を、日本人と外国人の皆さんと一緒に楽しみませんか？🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️✨
- 全体的に、性別や年齢を問わず、誰でも参加しやすい競技を選んでいます。
- 競技はチーム戦や代表者によるチーム対抗戦で行いますので、参加したくない競技は無理に参加する必要はありません。
- あくまでもみんなで楽しむためのイベントですので、無理をせず、楽しくご参加いただければと思います。
- 「ちょっと運動もするピクニック」くらいの気軽な気持ちで、ぜひご参加ください！😊

- 15歳から39歳の方を対象としたイベントとなります。
安全には十分配慮して運営いたしますが、怪我を含む全てのトラブルにつきましては自己責任でのご参加をお願いします。
- 運動に必要と思われるものは各自ご持参ください。
- ドリンクとみんなでシェアできるお菓子をお持ちください。
- 途中での買い出しも可能です。
- お持ち込みいただいた飲食物のカフェ内でのご飲食はご遠慮ください。
- レジャーシートはご用意しておりますが、ご持参も歓迎です。

- 本イベントはガイドツアーではありません。
- 『出発時刻』までにお越しください。出発後の途中参加はできません。
- ドリンクのラストオーダーは、出発時刻の30分前です。
- ドリンクをご注文されない場合は、参加費に加えて500円を頂戴いたします。
- カフェ到着後の当日申込みはできません。
- 当日の参加者が3名未満の場合や荒天の場合は、中止となります。その際は、カフェで各種交流会をお楽しみいただけますので、ぜひカフェまでお越しください。
- 途中退出される場合は、オーガナイザーにお知らせください。
