August 2nd Saturday Prairie Restoration Work Party

Join us in giving one of our restored habitats a helping hand! We will be removing invasive plants that are spreading through one of our most beautiful prairies. We need your help to keep this habitat on track!

All training, tools, supplies, gloves, snacks, and water will be provided. Pit restrooms are available onsite. This work will involve bending, digging, and may include lifting up to 15 lbs. Our project will take place in a prairie on the main unit of the refuge and will require participants to walk on uneven ground.
