Back by popular demand, we will have Arturo Mojica provide his valuable insight and advice on the Tucson rental market and the real estate business overall. I consider Arturo one of my really good friends and mentors in the business. He is ultra-knowledgeable on all aspects of the real estate business and has years of experience buying and selling homes, owning and managing rentals, performing flips, wholesaling and performing lease options. He is one of the nicest people you will meet and is always willing to provide a helping hand and his expertise in the business.

I will also have my good friends, Marriana and Michael Rebelo at the event. They are multifamily investors establishing themselves in the Arizona market and will be helping with the Tucson Multifamily event going forward. We will give some updates on the multifamily market as well.
