SOUND BATH with singing bowls & gongs

A relaxing Sunday afternoon hour in a stunning location, listening to singing bowls, gongs and other instruments.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and cushion and cosy down on the floor or snuggle on one of our sofas. Then let the music gently soothe and relax you. The perfect Sunday afternoon treat.

The Sound Bath is performed by Dave Tipper of Nada Sound Therapy. Dave is gentle person and a skilled Sound Bath performer. Each time is unique and different as he makes use of our wonderful and unusual spaces. Dave has also recently returned from the Himalayas with more instruments.

There is a very friendly and easygoing vibe at Tarastone and this is also a chance to visit the Centre. If you are considering doing anything else on our programme, this may also be a good time to get a feel for things or to ask any questions.

Other people will be coming apart from those from this group.

Plenty of free parking.
The Karma Cafe will be open for tea and cake after the Sound Bath.

Please arrive a little early so that the Sound Bath can start promptly at 15:30.
