​As a first-time participant, you'll be asked to complete a medical questionnaire and a one-time liability waiver. Further information about the practice will be shared via a handout and an introductory video.

  • There are yoga mats and bolsters at our event location, but feel free to bring your own if you'd like

​Some optional items:

  • ​An eye mask
  • ​Lip balm to prevent your lips from getting dry

​Try not to eat heavily before the session (you can breathe on an empty stomach)

Set some extra time aside for integration after the workshop - we booked this space for 3 hours so that everyone has time for landing and integration after .
