Hello fellow novices!
This a group for anyone who is interested in rock climbing, bouldering, and other adventurous activities but has maybe been intimidated due to lack of expertise. This group is about meeting other beginners in the hope that we can all learn and have new adventures together, but of course all are welcome.
Disclaimer: Joining "Climbing (and Other Fun Things) for Novices" implies that you understand climbing has an associated amount of risk, and accept responsibility for your own climbing safety. You assume the risk of injury or death.

Rocks & Ropes of Tucson, Inc, 330 S Toole Ave #400, Tucson, AZ, USWhether you are just starting out or just need a belay partner to practice in the gym, it's nice to have a regular time and place where you can count on having someone to climb with. We have recurring gym days now for just that purpose.
If it is your first time they have a required waiver at the link below as well as signups for the day pass for the orientation or belay test. The last class/test for the day is at 6:00pm so please plan to get there early on your first trip.
