Welcome to Wellness Circle! How does extreme heat in Tucson impact your life? It may effect us/those around us more than we think! We'll explore how the heat can affect our lives in ways we may not realize. Did you know there's a summer seasonal affective disorder? Also, members will be invited share their own experiences, challenges and coping strategies for surviving the summer. This will be a fun and easy way to learn from experts, each other and get to know our members!

What Wellness Circle is about:
Holistic lifestyles: continual learning to promote mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. A group for kindness, support, friendship and fun!
To support our good health, only healthy snacks are allowed. No sweets & junk food during our meetings.
What we'll do:
Engage in inspiring group conversations on well-being from materials such as books articles, short stories, poetry, YouTube videos, movies, documentaries, etc. We'll discuss the content that we've read or viewed prior to the event. Members are encouraged to suggest content materials and bring a few questions for the discussion. Sometimes we may choose to read cozy & heartwarming novel to discuss.
