Argument Game: We should embrace the end of the US as the world’s superpower

The Argument Game rules will be used to facilitate this event.

A proposal will be offered, clarified, and expanded upon in conversations between participants in search of disagreements.

This event’s default proposal is: "Americans should accept what has been coming for decades: the end of the United States’ unique superpower role post-WWII. Trump’s re-election has accelerated the decline of the United States’ relative political power. Countries are increasingly looking at the United States as an unreliable political partner. The US could have entered this phase of history in a much stronger position if the American people and its leaders had been more realistic about the signs along the way."
