Long Valley Work Center 1

This is a clean, quiet, gated campground that we visit annually, located in Happy Jack, AZ. This is a paid event; pay Tammy Palardy directly, see instructions in the group description. Singles $15, couples $20. Coordinates posted via group text the day before the camp. Payment deadline is May 10 to keep your reservation. My cost was $93.

Description: The Long Valley Work Center Group Campground sits among stately ponderosa pines at an elevation of 6,950 feet offering a cool respite from the summer heat of the valley below. It is also the site of an historic Forest Service work center. The gated campground has picnic tables, grills, and a large fire pit. There are vault toilets. Temperatures average 72/40. Please bring two bundles of firewood to share.
