This group is for people who... well, consider this: If you read the group's name and thought, "Hmm, sounds interesting!" then this group is probably for you. If you read the group's name and thought, "Personal development? Mental health? READING?! Pshh, screw that noise!" then this group is definitely for you, but maybe you're just not ready for it yet. And that's totally chill, man. Take your time.
