Join us for a Sunday lunch at Copal Contemporary Mexican at Williams Center an upscale Mexican eatery. located at Williams Center. I found out that they now have a vegan (smallish) menu but also, can put jackfruit, mushrooms or Jamaica as a meat substitute in many of their dishes. It's a little spendy but they also have 10% discount for ages 60+ and discount for active military.
