Harmony Hospice hosts "Grief Support Group: All The Ways We Grieve" Wednesday's from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. This is an on-going group, and Free and open to the public. Walk-Ins Welcome.

All the Ways We Grieve is a group designed for you to drop in whenever you need support or make it part of your weekly routine. Whether you're dealing with the loss of a loved one or experiencing other types of grief, this group offers a safe place to share your feelings and actively listen to others as they share their experiences.

There is also a bit of education included, helping you understand the different ways grief can manifest and offering tools to navigate the process. Grief is unique to each person, and this group provides you with tools, resources and support to help you heal at your own pace.
