Harmony Hospice hosts "Grief 101 Virtual Support Group" 4th Thursday from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm. This is an on-going group, and Free and open to the public. Grief is universal. Why is it so hard to know the "right thing" to say or do when someone we care about is grieving?
This is a one-hour virtual session with certified grief educator Kate Pitroff. She will help you learn basics about grief & loss, and provide you with tools you can use to support your loved ones. Each interactive session includes time for questions and discussion.
