MAKE TUCSON GREAT, Part 1: Impacts of the Election & the New Minimum Wage

Details

The recent election means that more changes are coming to Tucson. Arizona passed Proposition 206, raising the minimum wage to $10 in 2017 and then incrementally to $12 by 2020, and creating a right to paid sick time off from employment. How will this impact employers? How will this impact working families? How will this impact other areas of business and the Tucson community?

Join us in a lively discussion for Part 1 of the Tucson Entrepreneurs series “Make Tucson Great.”

Lead by Arek R. Fressadi and moderated by Jodi R. Netzer, Director of Tucson Entrepreneurs. Hosted by the University of Phoenix.

Arek R. Fressadi was a senior management consultant with FMI and facilitated numerous seminars for the AEC industry (architecture, engineering, and construction).
