Sabino Wanderings

Details
Have you ever wanted to explore the various trails in Sabino Canyon? Ever wonder about that old stone structure on a hill? Ever been to the Dam?
Come join me for a four mile beginner hike at Sabino. The hike is a loop along Esperero, Rattlesnake, Bluff, etc along with some side trails to check things out. There is minimal elevation gain, but you should still be reasonably fit without any medical or physical limitations. If you tire easily, this hike is not for you. We will not be racing though. This is a hike to enjoy the views. And we won't leave anyone behind. Plan on the hike taking 2 to 3 hours. We will cross the tram road twice and anyone who needs or wants to leave the hike early can do so then.
Please consider bringing:
a hat
at least 1 liter of water
snack
sunscreen
camera
Parking at Sabino is $5 unless you have a pass. Please be sure to get there early to give yourself enough time to find a parking spot. Sabino is very popular on the weekends.
