Ready to ditch boring workouts and do something that actually makes you look forward to moving your body?

SHiNE Dance Fitness is a high-energy, dance-based workout that blends cardio, toning, and functional movement — all choreographed to fun, upbeat music. Each class includes easy-to-follow routines inspired by jazz, hip hop, ballet, and calisthenics. No dance experience? No problem! If you can move, you can SHiNE.
