Tuesday Resets: Sound Centering

Join Camille and Brittany each Tuesday at Hope Presbyterian Church for an hour of community, relaxation and meditative prayer accompanied by a sound bath.

This is a safe space for all to come as you are and leave the burdens, stresses, and worries of the week behind as you leave.

Important details:
-Dress comfy and bring a yoga mat, towel or blanket to lay on.
-Bring a water bottle.
-We are on the second floor so if you have mobility issues, there is an elevator at the end of the hall.
-Bring your friend or partner!
-Arrive early to get settled before we start!

The Activities building is the 2-story, white building on the campus. There is a smaller parking lot available to you for parking. You will enter through door #1 which is on the opposite side of the building from this smaller parking lot.
