Love Languages Discussion and Meditation!

Doesn’t matter if you have read the book or not!

Join us for this fun and heart opening evening.

We will start by having everyone take the love languages (easy) test.

Then we will discuss the love languages and how to communicate with the ones you love more effectively. The teachings of Dr. Chapman will completely shift the way you view your relationships. This does not only apply for intimate partners but rather any loved ones in your life (children, parents, partner, etc).

We will finish up the evening with a guided meditation!

This event will be held at the beautiful Metta Meditation Studio.
