Hey everyone, hanging out in nature is one of my favorite self-care activities. Oxley Nature Center hosts different events led by Pam Rogers, a trained and certified Nature and Forest therapy guide! I have attended a couple of her Forest Bathing events (Click Here for more info about Forest Bathing) and thought they were great!

I saw today she has started hosting "Wellness Walks" on certain Sundays and I plan to attend this one and wanted to offer it as an event if anyone wanted to join!

Pam limits these walks to 10 people per walk and pre-registration is required! Registration can be completed here! Please only register if you plan to attend! I will keep watching the openings and close RSVP when the event is sold out!
