Your About page should tell your story, share your why, and build a connection with the reader. According to Todd, your About page is a secret weapon that builds credibility and drives more business.

Todd began freelancing as a WordPress designer a decade ago. One of the issues he kept seeing was the lack of content. Clients wouldn’t know what to write or how to go about the process.

When they did come up with content, honestly, it wasn’t very good. It read robotic, it was very centric and did not persuade conversions.

Worse, clients had no effective plan in place to generate leads. They were often dropping several hundred dollars or thousands of dollars, but the content did very little converting.

Todd likes to play with words more than code. He became obsessed. How do we make their content better? How do we communicate what my client offers more effectively? These are the questions that haunted Todd when he started Copy Flight.
