Join us for SECOND TUESDAY on October 10 at Loony Bin Comedy Club & Event Center - Tulsa, where Daniel Regan shares his journey into Commercial Real Estate and gives his insights on the Tulsa Commercial Real Estate Market.

Daniel Regan is a fourth generation Tulsan and has lived his entire life in Tulsa, with the exception of a transformative gap year spent living abroad in Nosara, Costa Rica, where he operated a stable of horses. Daniel has spent the past twenty years working alongside local entrepreneurial businesses - such as his family’s company, Garden Deva Sculpture - and giving back to his community through non-profit and civic leadership roles.

After spending the past decade as an executive for the largest commercial real estate developer in downtown Tulsa (Price Family Properties), Daniel recently transitioned to a new role as the Director of Real Estate and Development for Tulsa Airport Improvement Trust. Additionally, Daniel owns a significant commercial and residential portfolio, and is highly respected in the local real estate investment community.

Among other accolades, Daniel has been recognized for numerous community awards such as Oklahoma Magazine’s “Oklahoma 40 under 40”, Tulsa World’s “Tulsans of the Year” and as one of CoStar’s “Power Brokers”.

Presently, Daniel holds board positions with the Foundation for Tulsa Public Schools, Warburton Capital, Tulsa Little Jam, NAIOP Oklahoma, Tulsa Global Alliance, and Tulsa’s Great Raft Race. His past contributions encompass leadership roles at the Tulsa Regional Chamber’s Executive Committee, 2016 TYPros Chairmanship, Presidency of The Arc Tulsa, and board membership for Tulsa’s Downtown Coordinating Council, among various other organizations.

A proud alumnus of Oklahoma State University, Daniel lives in midtown Tulsa with his wife Stephanie and their son Ryan.
