Let's hike the Bridle Loop Trail at Catalina State Park next Sunday! I haven't done this one yet, but I think it's worth checking out.

Here's a link to the trail for those of you who have the AllTrails app.

Important note: The trailhead where were all going to meet up is called the Romero Canyon Trailhead. Type it in on Google Maps and it should give you the location of where the Bridle Trail starts.

Also, there is a fee for entering Catalina State Park. I believe it's $10 for one vehicle per person. Here's a link with more information.

Essentials to Note

  • Bring two or more liters of water.
  • The trail is about 9.9 miles.
  • There's no shade, so we'll mostly be exposed throughout the hike.
  • I recommend long pants since some sections of the trail are overgrown.
  • If you decide not to show up, please update your RSVP at least 24 hours in advance.
