Romero Canyon Pools Hike

Let's hike Romero Pools next Saturday the 14th.

I'm hoping that with the heavy rain we had this past weekend, we'll see some decent water flowing, but no guarantees. Here's an AllTrails link to the trail we'll be hiking:

Important details about the hike

• May take about 4 hours to complete, but may last longer depending on our speed, breaks, etc.
• There's an entrance fee to Catalina State Park. It's $10 for one person in one vehicle, $20 if you have 2-4 people in the same vehicle.
• 6.2 miles (out and back)
• 1,330 ft of elevation gain
• Will be exposed for a significant portion of the hike.
• Your shoes will get wet while crossing the Sutherland Wash and some of the puddles along the ways, so keep that in mind.
