A Special Candlelit Meditation for Christmas

Join us for an hour of meditation for Christmas to spread peace and love in the world at this time of goodwill.

Today is the 3rd Sunday of the month when all BK centres world wide have an hour of meditation for world peace.

Whether or not you know how to meditate, you are invited to join us for an hour of guided meditations, gentle music and periods of silence.
