Ecstatic Dance Event - with Yoga & Soundbath

Hi all,

I wanted to share the details of an Ecstatic Dance event next month that one of our members Gabor is hosting, where I will also be teaching the Yoga warm-up.

The event is on Saturday 15th November at 4 - 7pm in Tunbridge Wells. It will include a yoga warm-up, dancing to a DJ set and a relaxing sound bath to finish the event. There will also be opportunity to meet and connect with others afterwards. No dance experience needed - it's free-form movement and everyone is welcome!
