We'll be diving into the paper, "SimpleFold: Folding Proteins is Simpler than You Think," to see how the powerful flow matching generative model approach can tackle protein folding.

We will discuss what is protein folding, how flow matching works in general, in a brief introduction, and how can it be utilized for our problem to make the existing, usually complex and specialized, architecture simpler.
