Resolutions are outdated! They are tired excuses to begin doing what you need to be doing all year long but have yet to be successful at!

Letโ€™s face itโ€ฆ The bad habits that exist in our lives are detrimental to our health; physical, mental, emotional, intellectual, social, and spiritual. AND It is just not possible to do what needs to be done on your own and know that you are not alone at the same time!

Hereโ€™s what I know to be trueโ€ฆ. swearing off alcohol for 30 days won't correct your real issue with it. Vowing to lose 20 pounds in 3 months won't make you change the behavior that gave you the extra 20 pounds. Devoting 2 hours a day to a fitness regimen for the next 90 days won't do anything more than produce a disappointment the first time you take a break and have to find the motivation to dive back in!

The fact is the "habits" we live by and rely on are creating pressure and causing us to burn out, beat ourselves up and, often, break!
