In this market, getting the deal is the most important part - once you have control of a great deal how you make money on it simply boils down to the exit strategy.

At the event, we are going to be talking about 2 exit strategies that require absolutely no money to do and no contracting experience to pull of: assigning and wholesaling deals.

Specifically, we will be discussing:

  1. Exactly what wholesaling and assigning is, what the differences between the two are and when it makes sense to do one versus the other.

  2. How to do them - what contracts you need, how to make the right offers, and then how to actually make money without using money.

  3. Who to sell the deals to - how to find the right cash buyers and how to negotiate with them

  4. What types of deals make for the best assignments and best wholesales - some kinds of properties and locations are MUCH easier to sell than others

  5. What the profit potential can be and what you need to offer in order to make a certain profit.
