
What we’re about
This is a basic stretching class not a yoga or pilates class. This is intended to teach basic core stretches for everyday activities and do not require previous experience with stretching.
These stretches can be done daily to help increase flexibility and to decrease injuries from any type of exercise.
Also a light a light calisthenics working will be incorporated to improve strength and improve muscle tone.
