Beat the Heat Hikers!

Meet me at Boy Scout Trail parking lot, address: Boy Scout Trail, 64568 Park Blvd, Twentynine Palms, CA 92277.

The hike: Willow Hole trail in Joshua Tree Park

Rated as a relatively difficult trail
Toilets at the trail head
No shade on the trail (need to bring sun protection & water)
Estimated 3-4 hr hike
Mostly flat - goes through a small canyon so comfortable hiking shoes recommended
Out and back

On the way back I may like to stop at some of the rock climbing areas to do some amateur bouldering.

Farmers Market in 29 Palms opens at 8am and they have amazing asada tacos I plan to get after the hike.

There is little reception in this area, I’ll bring a first aid kit. I like to keep moving but my pace isn’t fast, good to enjoy the views and take pictures of the sunrise on the way. DM me if you’re able to meet up! :)
