Learning to Code? Let's Send Text Messages by Writing Code

Details
TL;DR: This is a *free* Twilio-hosted event (with free food!) for anyone in the Seattle area that is interested in learning how to send a text message via code (Python).
—--
First and foremost, if nothing else, come hang (*cough* network *cough*) and join us for *FREE FOOD*! We’re open to suggestions on food so please comment on what you'd like.
Where to meet?
Please wait at the lobby of the building and I will ring you up to the 7th floor. I'll be wearing a red track jacket.
Who should join?
This event is for beginners, whether that’s a beginner in tech or a beginner to Twilio. We’ll be writing in Python, but there is Documentation available for Node.js, C#, PHP, Ruby, Java, and more.
What is this event about?
The event will be half meeting-fellow-Seattle-builders and half let’s-build!
The demo we’ll be walking through will cover how to install Python on your computer, how to install a code editor, and how to write a program that will send someone a text message. So at the very least, make sure to have your computer on hand if you want to code along. We unfortunately may not be able to troubleshoot non-coding issues given the limited time.
Why should I go?
Seattle is a major tech hub in the US, and it’s hard to go somewhere without bumping into a techie. If you’ve ever had a desire to see what the fuss is about and learn how to code, now’s your chance! (also, free food)
