Details
JOIN US IN OUR DISCUSSION OF Parts 3 to the end of 'Escaping the Build Trap: How Effective Product Management Creates Real Value' by Melissa Peri.
Do you ever feel like your organization would rather produce more of the wrong thing than less of the right thing? Escaping the Build Trap looks at how to avoid and address the problem of valuing output over outcomes.
Has this one been on your list for a while? Same here. Now’s your chance to have some accountability, read it, discuss it and reap the benefits. Hope to see you and hear your thoughts on the 28th.
Escaping the Build Trap is also available as an audiobook.

HOW IT WORKS:
We meet on the fourth Tuesday of each month. At each session, we’ll discuss a few sections of the current book, until we’ve gone through the whole book. Once we’ve finished, we’ll move on to another book.
As you read, note down the following 3 impressions from each section to share:
The “Aha”: Something that clicked, or that was surprising or interesting.
The “Uh-oh”: Something that makes you feel uncomfortable
The “What now?”: What can you do right away with this? / What will you do differently?
