11:00am-12:00pm Setup
12:00-1:00pm POTLUCK Lunch Starts (please arrive on time)
1:00-3:30pm TEAM GAMES & FUN ... & Prizes!
3:30-4:00pm Cleanup (everyone to help)
We will provide main lunch items: hot dogs & buns, egg rolls, sandwiches, fried rice/noodles, chicken wings, etc. & bottled water and soda. (No alcoholic beverages are allowed at the park)
*ATTENDEES: Bring a dessert/snack/fruit item. Write in the comments below what you will bring for our list please. Bring your own lawn chairs to sit on if you like. We will provide picnic blankets to sit on the grass and some chairs.
Free parking at 2 large visitor parking lots. More detailed information to come and we appreciate your cooperation. This will be SO MUCH FUN!!
