What we’re about

Drawing from Zen, Dzogchen, Daoist and Vedanta teachings as well as contemporary understandings in Neuroscience and psychology we practice meditation together going beyond the building blocks of mindful awareness and support each other in exploring the liberative qualities of nnon-dual understanding. We explore the full breadth of the meditative project and help each other learn and navigate awareness/consciousness in all its dimensions. This group welcomes and is suited to beginners to long time meditators alike.
