A Somewhere in Between Hike - City Hike - Lake Nokomis - New Route

This hike is for those of us looking for something less than an intense fitness hike but more than a leisurely walk in the park. We will hike four miles or a little more at a moderate pace. The trail is asphalt and mostly flat. We’ll walk around Lake Nokomis with an extra short loop and back to the community center.

Meet in the parking lot by Lake Nokomis Community Center. A biffy is available at the start, and bathrooms might be available near the lake. We will only wait two or three minutes for latecomers. No dogs or plus ones.
