💐Spring/Easter Hike🐣 at Gale Woods Farm - Mound +Thaliwala Indian Kitchen

Join us for a Spring hike over the hills, through the woods along the shore of Whaletail Lake at Gale Woods Farm! Along the trail, you may see chickens, cattle, sheep, guard dogs, cats and pigs.
Following the hike(optional), join us for lunch at Thaliwala Indian Kitchen, 7850 Market Blvd, Chanhassen, MN

We will hike 5 - 6 miles at a medium pace (18-20 minute miles) over 2-2.5 hours, We will pause a few times to enjoy the scenery and hydrate. All of the trails will be non-paved with uneven terrain that varies with gravel, sand, mud and dirt. There are several hills on this trail and a few are steep.

FACILITIES: Water and modern bathrooms are available in the visitor center at the trailhead.

Parking is FREE.

Sorry, no dogs, +1s or children allowed on this hike. Only Twin Cities Hiking Meetup members who agree to these expectations and the Meetup Community Guidelines will be welcome on the hike.
