HA Workshop/Social/Share Projects/Have Lunch

Location will either be online or in Eagan Minnesota, near Lexington Ave and Duckwood Drive.
Planning to order in Pizza and open to other food/beverage suggestions.
I'd like to introduce everyone to the new place and discuss ideas. Likely showing off new hardware and possibly enlisting help for many parts of this.
My previous place had 8+ years of automation, wired security including motion and photo-electric beams including the perimeter of the yard. Sound and water features, lighting, CCTV, LED strips inside and exterior. VoIP intercom stations, remote access/viewing, full electrical metering and controls, etc.

New place is nearly a clean slate. Lots to do.
