This is a group for anyone interested in real estate investing or house hacking in the Twin Cities. House hacking is an incredible way to build wealth and "live for free" (or close to free).
Investors focussed on real estate investing more broadly (who are not interested in house hacking specifically) are also encouraged to attend!
4/8/24 Update: Hitting pause for a few months because everyone seems to gets busy in the summer -- myself included. Planning to pick back up in the fall and happy to chat real estate one-on-one or in a small group in the meantime if anyone is interested. ~Tom
