This is a special, informal winter party for our members and their significant others and guests. Some food and drinks will be provided but we ask that you bring something to share. If you have special dietary needs then you should bring something you are able to eat, just in case no one else does. A refrigerator, oven, microwave, sink, and dishwasher are available in the party room for our use.

YOU WILL NEED A DOOR CODE TO GET IN, WHICH WE WON’T HAVE UNTIL CLOSE TO THE TIME OF THE EVENT. THEREFORE, IT’S BEST IF YOU HAVE THE CELL NUMBER OF AN ORGANIZER, AUGUST B. OR BRIAN D., AND THAT WE CONNECT DIRECTLY BEFORE THE EVENT IF YOU CAN ATTEND.
