About us
Twin Cities Technology Delivery Leaders is a peer group for the people responsible for getting real software and tech work delivered across the Twin Cities metro.
This is not a tool-specific group, coding workshop, vendor pitch series, or generic tech happy hour. The focus is everything behind the deliverables:
- Product execution
- Engineering capacity
- Modernization
- Cloud complexity
- Technical debt
- Data and platform bottlenecks
- AI pressure
- Vendor decisions
- Roadmap tradeoffs
- Systems which help teams ship
- Systems which slow everything down
This group is for anyone with responsibility for software, product, platform, data, and/or technology delivery. Practitioners are welcome, but the conversations are aimed at those accountable for roadmaps/teams/architecture/execution/operational outcomes.
The goal is simple: useful conversations with people who are actually responsible for moving software work forward. Gatherings will usually be small, invitation-based dinners designed around a specific topic with a thoughtful mix of people in attendance. Peer conversations instead of sales presentations.
Facilitated by John Thorstad from Tarmac.
